    Use heavy duty rubbing compound and steel wool. Follow up with a good metal polish. It will remove everything and make your tail pipes look like glass. I did it to my cobra from the tips and all the way back to the mufflers!

    My idle is alittle loopy too. Not real bad but slightly. But I think that is from the rotated maf and deleted maf screen. If the iac or egr valve was going bad, wouldn't it throw a code?

    Ford sells complete 2000 cobra motors and trannys. Its on their website if you don't believe me. They are brand new for $6000. I guess i'll start building my 2 valve then. I really didn't want another t45 tranny anyway. I want to do a TKO 600. :D
