I am getting ready to install 4.10s in my 01 cobra but thats because I am n.a. if I was blown I would stay with the 3.55s The gears will run you around 150.00 plus install kit and oils and if you pay for the install locally they want 388.00.I plan on doing the install myself and I can tell you...

The slp will be way loud and you mayb have to suffer some scrapes at that ride height.I have longtubes,catted-h,steeda catback and I drag occasionaly I am only lowered about 3/4''(01 cobra).good luck...

yea I had a 99 gt vert that did that sorry but I never found out why.........

I have kooks longtubes and they are a three bolt flange pretty sure bbk and most midpipes are a 2 bolt flange so it wont work without welding flanges.Jdm sell their x pipe 365.00 plus shipping :bang: I figure on buying the bbk or dr gas and have the flanges changed :shrug:

Mine are showing rust around the collectors as well on my 01 .they are good headers i'm not sure on the bbk's the kooks are supposed to be easier to install.

Can anyone tell me what the stock shocks and struts came out on 01 cobras?I purchased the snake used and I the fronts are yellow ford and blue bilistiens in the rears,are the rears aftermarkets and if so why would the previos owner change rears only? :shrug:

I run steeda with akook longtubes and catted h pipe and it sounds good on a 2001 cobra,but if I just wanted a catback I would go with magapack on a gt and magnaflows on a cobra The steeda will be pretty qiet with just catback,I had a gt with magnapacs and it was sweet If you are going with other...
