    Hey all, my '03 cobra is gettin to the point where its too powerful for the stock braking system. I was wondering if anyone could give me some insight as far as what to look for ina brake system, cross drilled vs. slotted rotors, calipers etc... any help would be greatly appreciated! THANKS

    1st Dyno Run #'s

    dude... that is really low. if you look at my list of mods, before the ported blower, i was making about 490 hp and about teh same torque wise. somethign is obviously wrong. u shoudl see whats going on adn if you did the install yourself, u shoudl get it checked out.

    along with a short shifter, i would recommend a clutch adjuster and quadrant to anyone. You can manually adjust where your clutch catches whenever you want to coincide with the type of driving you're lookign to do!

    i think instead of steeda... you shoudl go with reichard racing. I have them and they gave me an immediate 6 psi gain. its a 2.90" upper pulley and is really a best buy if you have a couple hundred dollars. After that.. chip your beast!

    why spend the time and the hassle tryign to fix this problem when a brand new short throw shifter costs under 200 dollars. In my opinion, you'd be better off with a new shifter.

    Here Ya Go.... Accufab Single Blade Throttle Body, Pulley Kit with tensioner..., 4 inch cold air intake, full MagnaFlow X-pipe and catback system... A chip is a great idea too... should end up around 500hp to the wheels but it is well worth it.... :nice:
