Best I've had. What's the problem with UPR directly, I ordered mine from there and had no problems whatsoever. Mil Eliminators (o2 Sensor simulators) will do the trick.
Not me down here in Little Texas, but Cali is a whole lot worse about their noise regulations (and their smell regulations, too). Just let off the gas when you notice a Johnnie Law....
The Optima's cell design is the key. The battery design makes it totally different than conventional batteries. Keep it, it will outlast any other battery for its price...
Your car currently will have a 4 catted h-pipe. That's a piece that exits the headers and crosses each other as an H before meeting the mufflers. An X-pipe is the same but meets as an X-crossover before hitting the mufflers. You can get a catted pipe or an off road pipe. The off road pipe is...
I put yokohamas on mine. Best tires I ever bought, $712 shipped from the Tire Rack. I got the AVS ES-100, good performance all around and they have a nice sidewall design. The Falken ZIEX tires are good also, they can hold alot of pressure and weight. I had some on a old Ford truck and never had...
Yeah, you'll need MILS, I got mine through UPR and haven't had a problem in the year that I've had the pipe. Love the sound and it makes the car feel a whole lot better. It fit good and has great quality for the price. A+ :nice:
First of all, the Camaro has the advantage. But for your case, I'd suggest a programmer or a dyno tune. You can always find hidden power. I installed a Mach 1 Shaker Hood on my car and it shed 2 tenths off my time. The thing is, my car gets more and more powerful everyday. The Diablosport and...
Yes, that'd be right. I have the UPR X Pipe with Flows, and I love it. Almost sounds like you have turbos in your mufflers. As for the pennies in a can, I've never experienced that. And I meant the header flanges, not the header studs. You have to take the header flange bolts off in order to put...
If I can recall, it's a 2-piece, so 2 bolts go to those flanges, and the other two are extras. I actually bent one of my bolts trying to install my pipe. But I have an 03, so if yours is a 0ne piece, then I would assume the bolts are for the header flanges.
Wuz Up, I got an 03 GT with a 4r70w auto in it. About 8 months ago I had 4:10 gears installed and a Diablosport Predator in order to compensate for a speedcal. I'm not saying I'm a crazy driver, but when I drive casually, the transmission shudders when the converter locks in to overdrive. It...
I got an automatic, but I still get the same mileage, give or take depending on my driving, and at 70-80 I'm at 2750-3000rpm. I paid $550 for install and master bearing kit, lube, labor, new shims, and everything else involved besides the gears.
I have a 4R70W, but the ratios between it and the 5spd aren't too far apart.
40mph-1800rpm
60mph-2100rpm
80mph-3000rpm
100mph-3400rpm
weird thing is, alot of people say that a stock mustang with bolt-ons doesn't have enough power to reach the governed speed- 147mph, the funny thing is...
