Some stangnet LOVE..Just lowered with Pics

The stang looks nice, but it could use a bit lower sideskirts to help pull off that front bumper. Otherwise :nice: Nice Aston :o

Orange I think you should take off those door bumper things.... haha just messin. Car looks good man :nice:. I'm not a fan of the Mach1 chin spoilers on our car, it makes the front end look too long and low.

87-93 or 94-00 Shocks and Struts?

Hey guys I'm about to buy some new Tokico Illumina shocks and struts tomorrow for my car. Since I will be lowering it with C springs... do I need to buy the 87-93 shocks and struts, or will the 94+ ones work fine (they won't bottom out?)? Or do I need to have two of one kind and two of...

    Port matched PI intake

Thanks Orange. Ya a ported plastic intake might be more prone to cracking... and that flow disruption wouldn't be good. I think I'll pass on this one. Answer your PM's once in a while too ;). BTW I'm getting some 4.10's for $140 used, should be fun :).

    Port matched PI intake

I can't see the intake it's an online deal. I imagine he ported it to fit the PI head holes and no bigger? Also, what about the chip?

    Port matched PI intake

No but he port-matched the intake, ie. he made the holes in the intake bigger to match his heads better right? I'm asking if this would be a problem with my NPI heads. A normal PI intake will work with the gasket and RTV, but will a ported PI-intake work? What about the chip? Sorry for...

    Port matched PI intake

Will a port matched PI intake fit my NPI heads or will the ports be too big? Will a superchip programmed for a PI w/ gears, o/r midpipe and advanced timing work for my NPI GT as well? :SNSign:

Best place to buy gears in Canada?

Well, I ordered the 3.73 gear kit from AmericanMuscle.com. It includes the gears, speedcal and royal purple gear oil. All said and done with a 6% discount (mustangboards) it came to $346.48 USD, so $384.905 CAD which is pretty good I think. I've been wanting these things forever, I'm very...

Best place to buy gears in Canada?

I'll have to call since I moved home for the summer. I guess I could come in next weekend and if they don't have any I could just stop at Performance Plus and pick some up. Would used gears increase the chance of having whine if they weren't adjusted exactly as they were previously or no?

Best place to buy gears in Canada?

Wow Orange... good call. Can I call there and just ask if they have any 3.73's out of an 8.8" ford rear end, or would I have to go look around myself?

    What gears for my application?

I know this type of thread has occurred many many times, but just bare with me. Here's the breakdown (see car in sig): - daily driver - drive in winter and summer - don't see any major power increases in the next 3 years - have 225 tires all around, which stick alright - moderate highway...

Best place to buy gears in Canada?

Seriously a tranny shop or ford dealer? Maybe for the small parts I mentioned but for the gears or speedcal, and royal purple.. I would assume those places would rip you off, I'm installing them myself as well. I'm ordering the gears from 2koolperf. tomorrow. They didn't have the speedcal in...

Best place to buy gears in Canada?

Their order system seems strange... Debit via E-mail? My phone is dead I can't even phone there lol. I need to use Credit Card and it's 3% more than the listed prices if you use it... wtf? Does this kit http://www.americanmuscle.com/speedcal-373-gear-oil-kit.html include pinion nut, crush...

Best place to buy gears in Canada?

Hey guys I was wondering where the cheapest place to order gears was in Canada? I was thinking of getting them from AmericanMuscle... but it's $97 to ship here plus I'm sure there will be duty taxes at the border. It comes to about $407 CDN total. However I don't think it comes with bearings...
