    Yeah that sounds mean as all hell...makes me even angrier that when I went to install my Mac O/R H so I could finally wake up my Prostreets, that it didn't fit at all, resulting in me leaving the exhaust shop pissed off.

    So I went to the muffler shop yesterday to FINALLY install my O/R H. Went to the shop because of the previous custom X pipe I had welded behind the stock cats, I needed some flanges fabricated on the muffler side in order for the Mac O/R H to fit. Now the shop didn't have a problem with that...

    Either you're old or we don't race enough and therefore have to ask...or both :D Thank for the explanations...so the obvious danger of this is clutch and transmission damage...so does that mean that I should be able (financially) to repair the clutch and the tranny if I'm gonna try this?

    Hey bdcardinal. I thought he meant he wanted a race or aftermarket block, and those can fetch up to 3K. But yeah if you want to buy a new stock 4.6 Iron block, then yeah go for it. Saw them online for between $340-400. btw, how many main caps does the stock 4.6 have...2 or 4?
