its your clutch cable because before i changed my clutch cable my gt :banana: used to do that.

I just came from discount auto parts and while I was their I seen an msd distributor cap for 25 bucks. In any way is this distributor cap better than stock or is it just a waste of money? :shrug:

Ok yesterday I went to drive my 5.0 yesterday and I started bogging whenever I go fast in second gear. What could be the problem?

i just talked to my mechanic he said its the starter solenoid.

buy a 5.0 a 2.3 when you put your money into a 2.3 you still wont be able to beat a 5.0 and all the money that you will be spending modding a 2.3 you could just buy a 5.0

yeah get a 5.0 I traded my 2.3 in for one last week and I love the power from the 5.0

my 5.0 only has flow master pipes underdrive pulleys and a k&n airfilter and is manual.

which kind of gas do you guys put in your 5.0's I usually put 87 in mine beause it says to use unleaded on the dash board.

i remeber when i had a 2.3l it did that.When the problem was fixed my mechanic told me it was an electrical problem and its not the starter. I will talk to my mechanic tomorrow and find out what the problem is.

would their be a problem if I just drive it until it runs out of gas?

Could you guys tell me how to drain the gas out of my 88 gt 5.0 because it has old gas in it.

I love this car so much I just got it the other day. I got the car basically for free all I did was trade in my 1993 2.3l in for it and I had to pay nothing else. My 5.0 has flow master pipes, a k&n airfilter, pulleys and headers but needs new tail lights and a paint job. It really was a steal...
