    Did I forget to do something? I think its a ground but I've checked the block to chassis ground and its ok, the the ground that were originally hooked up front to the battery, I grounded to that to the fender well. Anybody with this kind of problem?

    ENGINE SWAP! OH NO!

    Look around! I bought a 2004 GT complete motor with 15,000 for $1,200 and the swap is cake. Without knowing anything about how to swap a GT motor; I finished in a weekend. Advice: Since you have the motor out I would suggest putting LT-headers because it will be easier then to put them on later.

    Hood flew open!!

    Well i got the window replaced but it seems that the hood is salvagable so that is going to get fixed and painted. Also the roof got a little banged up so that is going to get fixed and painted(So much for saving up for diff. rebuild). I'll post some pics ounce I get every thing painted!

    Well I've had the cowl induction for over a year and never had a concern with it opening when I'm driving it. The wind was pretty strong that day but I still dont know what happened. I checked the latch but still I have no clue.

    Idle above 1,000 rpms??

    Yestesday at night I raced a 93 mustang Cobra. I noticed after the race that my idle if above the 1,000 rpms (around 1100 rpms to be exact) then drop after maybe 15 seconds to 750 rpms. Also I noticed that every time I turn of the car it makes a wierd suction (sp?) noice that it never made...

    To see what other things could be checked before buying an adjustable cable kit. when I changed my stock clutch to my King Cobra I think the self adjusting quadrant didnt work or something. I have tried to readjust (by holding the pedal up and then pressing on it) and still feels the same!
