I get more of a squeaking noise that comes from the front right of my suspension when I go over a speed bump and it's fairly loud.

Hi Deysha, no the problem hasn't been resolved yet. I haven't had my dealership look into it yet...I'm about due for my first oil change and was going to have them listen to it when I brought it in.

I believe Livernois has some results floating around...they did mention it does lose a little bit of power down low but picks up at the higher RPM's

it's all the time actually...I've heard that's it's probably a lifter issue. Since it's so widespread I'm sure Ford will have to address it at some point :shrug:

I hear the headers are still quite the pain in the ass to install.

I've seen them on cars with just a CAI and tune...I've been told that they are actually one of the better mods to do...I've seen a few people do that even before the axle back

I just had Steeda's new axle back (made by kooks) put on my 5.0 today and couldn't be happier...the car sounds great, especially at WOT, very very low interior noise and the exhaust itself isn't terribly loud but you can definitely tell it's far from stock

Can't hear it inside the car unless I'm next to a wall but can definitely be heard standing outside the car and much more when the hood is up

Has anyone else encountered the "engine tick"? I've been reading online and it seems very very common...even with new cars driven off the showroom floor. As far as I've read tho, there hasn't been a clear cause of it.

I've decided to go with Steeda's new 5.0 design. They are no longer using Borla to make their 5.0 axle back. I'm having them installed on Tuesday...they are supposed to be a hair quieter then their current design (which is while supplies last) and they have much less interior drone. Not sure who...

My 2011 GT has a tune and CAI...today for some reason I said what the hell and ran Ford's built in vehicle diagnostics software through the sync system. After it was ran, the "check engine light" has been on ever since. The vehicle report that was sent to my sync account didn't tell me a thing...

after poking around under the hood this morning, I see the inlet pipe up to the throttle body is disconnected partially at the MAF...there is a big gaping hole right after the MAF. Haven't started the car yet but I'm betting that will fix the horrible idle issue and the car can re learn properly...

I just had a clutch installed today and they had the power disconnected on my car for most of the day. When I left I noticed my car ran like complete crap. I finally got the code pulled at Steeda...the front right sensor was completely shot and replaced and the right rear was intermittent but could not find a local sensor in time to fix it today...the rear is just outside of the "normal" range. Also, and I'm not sure I'm explaining this quite right...
