total newb queston here but what makes a motor a roller motor? is it the block itself or just the components in the block? is it as simple as if you have roller lifters its a roller motor?

i just checked airchecktexas.com and it says for 95 and older it is an ASM test unless in el paso then its a 2speed idle test. what is asm?
