I'm adding a dash mounted gauge pod to my 99. The interior is tan with a tan dash pad and black surround for the original gauges. Is the supercharger gauge pod black on all interiors or painted to match the dash pad? The factory light bar is black. Thanks.

98, thanks for the response. Is your Aeromotive pump in the fuel tank? Is it still a return system? I refuse to start the supercharger project on the 99 until the 98 runs properly.

Guys, my 98 Cobra runs out of fuel at about 400rwhp. The 1st tune it peaked at 370hp @ 5200rpm. I removed the Vortech FMU and added a Walboro 255 pump, 42lb injectors and 90mm Lightning MAF. Also someone had a boost a pump installed so it was removed also. 2nd tune, 400 rwhp @ 5600 then out of...

My 99 had the license plate mounted to the core support, where the intercooler would be on a supercharged car.

I guess I should add that the Saleen E is a White Speedster and the S351 is a White hardtop. I really like the white cars, and the black soft top really sets them off (same color as my 97). Would you rate the Saleen Cobras on the same value level as these two, or higher?

I've only owned mod motors. I'm impressed with the performance though, considering the size. Plus, I like the way they look. Why is it that the mileage is so much harder on the 351s instead of the 281s? If its taken care of, I don't see the problem.

I wanted the plates since my manifold is pressurized by the Vortech. Didn't want to blow a hole in the RTV if the gap was too large.

If this is a spare set of tires and wheels, stay with 15". The 18" tires will never take the hit that the 15s will with all the extra sidewall. Plus the cost is 1/3 less for the 15" tires.

The entire lower intake is aluminum. I guess 1/4horse is saying that its part of the supercharger assembly. Sorry, I'm new to this Ford stuff.
