Does anyone have a Haynes handy that can tell me what the torque is on the 2 caliper bolts for a Cobra?

I have an '04 Cobra and I am trying.....key word is trying.....to change my pads and rotors. I have been trying for the last 2 hours to get the pads back in but I can't figure out how because the caliper is 2 pieces. I have never changed brakes on a piece caliper like these and I can't get them...

I was not impressed with the grip of the OE Goodyears. I'm looking for something that is cheaper but just a grippy or even more so. It can't be a competition tire. I'd love to have Pilot Sports but I don't see myself with this car for much longer.... (getting married, etc) I had the Yokohama...

I'm going bald. I need some tires for my '03 Cobra and I am really not apt to paying $250 a pop for the Goodyears. I didn't think they were all that great, at least not for $250. Does anyone have any recomendations? Has anyone tried Costco?

I did the Visteon kit myself and I didn't have to tear anything apart really. It took me an hour and a half. I spent $250 on the parts.

I just got rid of one.....sold it to a sucker and it had major 3rd gear synchro issues.....80k on the clock. It was a 1998 with a Borla. I sold it for $7200. Otherwise it was in awesome shape and had a brand new suspension on it.

Priority codes.....as far as I know your order gets built when they can build it. If everyone had high priority someone would always have to be at the bottom. I already explained this before....even if you have low priority you may get made before someone that has high priority.

Ok that is total BS. What that means is someone who works at the plant like a production superintendent, plant manager...whoever....took that car home one night. They took it home and returned the next day and it was shipped out as long as they did not find any issues with the car. It does not...
