    Well since SVT doesn't really have much to market right now and since Ford owns Jag, I'd say it's probably a good move on his part.

    Hopefully the new blood in SVT will not be a bad thing. Maybe they'll come out with some badass Jag's now although I'll probably never be able to afford one.

    So, since they got someone to replace him; hopefully this will put an end to all of the "SVT is Dead" :bs:. Why would they replace him if SVT is dead? Oh yea, they wouldnt.

    SVT still could be gone. This move reassures the possibilty of SVT going upscale like a Mercedes AMG. Shelby might possibly still take over, prompting such a marketing move.

    svt going upscale to that of say amg would not mean that svt is gone...is it just me or did you contradict yourself...they either stay or go, one or the other. but i hope they stay and continue to be affordable...tom will be missed dearly i think!
