How about this?With JUST the pan-drop and filter change,how much fluid?I cant go by how much came out.It was aprox 7 qts.It read on the dip stick about 1 inch above cross marks.

Hate to start another thread but I'm clueless.I just picked up a 93 Bronco 4x4 5.0 w autoTrans.It,s got the overdrive button on end colume shifter.The door tag has 'E".The book has E4OD,C6,or AOD :flag:

So warmed up transmission will raise level mark or lower level mark.Is it the same principle as powersteering fluid.Raises when hot???????

Thanks!!!! I got 1/2 inch above the cross marks.I guess i'll need to pull it out through fill tube.I put 5 quarts in with filter change.

I just bought a 93 Bronco.I did the usual tuneup/fluid change.The auto trans fluid level on dipstick is aprox 1/2 inch above the cross marks.Some guy mentioned that the 4x4 had to be engaged to read an accurate level.Is this true????????? I know this isnt the correct place to ask this However I...

valve covers are yellowish

anyone got a pic of the iron gt40 cause the front corner of the head on pasager side has 3 bars on it.Im confused.cant see drivers side.

mine stuck at first.just when I would push down on pedal there was a slight sticking but I turned the throttle screw alittle so it (blade)wouldnt rest completely closed.70mm egr spacer and t.b new for $125.00 shipped!!!!!!!!!

you saw my oil pan I used the same bolt that goes on the front drain hump.I handed you the pan and said"look it fit perfectly'"remember ford red oil-pan??????

by the way that taurus fan hooked up on low speed wire cooled at 195 whole trip.it was like 110 in Az. the faster I drove the less fan kicked on!!!!
