I'm actually talking about a software program for the PC that will allow you to create an engine with parts and you pick the components that go in it. Then virtually dyno it and see what the output is.

trock, does your mustang have a 3.8L already in it? If so, that would be a possible candidate for a 4.2L, just order the stroker kit. Your hp/trq ratios are based on the parts you pick to go into the engine. Usually truck motors are designed with more torque in mind for pulling/towing.

get something like a 3.73 or 4.10 ratio. Just remember, you'll achieve your RPM rev quicker and you'll drink more gas (based on your driving habits). That will give you that "get up and go" that your looking for. :nice: While we are on this topic, does anyone know a link to an online gear...
