The cobra caliper brackets come with any of the ford racing calipers (Mach 1, Cobra, Bullit, etc.) so that's not an issue. For the rears, you can grind on a v6 or GT caliper and it'll clear the cobra rotors as well.

Good to hear. I'll probably cut away some of the sheetmetal on the outside and hammer things down from above and weld away. I've measured several different points on the frame and everything seems to be perfectly square so I won't worry as the car has always tracked straight.

You don't need a helmet unless you're running 13.99 or better. If you're running faster than 13.99, you can get them at best buy, mopac, many motorcycle shops, etc... My RCI helmet costed something like $135 so it wasn't too bad.

Ouch! I got mine for $116 USD and had them shipped to just across the line. Total converted to Canadian and all taxes in was $686 for the 4 of them.
