    If you wnat to do it on the cheap a K&N would prolly get you the same hp. I chose the BBK because of the chrome it adds to the engine . I thought It cleaned up the engine bay and had a sharp look to it . From what I have read is all are around 10/15hp so I would say get what you like best ..

    The Magnaflows sound sweet ! I put mine on like 3 weeks ago and havent turned the radio on since. I had flowmasters on my LT-1 T/A and liked em alot but the Magnaflow have a totally different sound. I would say the magnaflows have a little bit more rumble to em (even with the stock H-pipe)...

    When looking for my 03' I knew I wanted something that hadnt been molested. I was afraid if someone had upgraded the car to run 10s in the 1/4 they would put more ware and tare on the car than I wanted to deal with. Knowing what I had to start out with made all the difference in my mind.

    Well the good news is its all covered under warranty. The bad news is the input shaft , pilot bearing and throw out bearing are all going to need to be replaced.     short throw shifter

    I use a pro 5.0 with blue permatex gasket sealer and get a slight rattle at lower rpms. I have seen a gasket kit offered somewhere that would prob. take care of this .(Sorry dont remember where I ran across it.) But I Wouldnt be afraid to use any Steeda product on my 03'.
