    Thanks (BTW I've always liked your paint) I hope so, I just can't imagine buying a car like that without even asking questions, guess that's just me though. That's a good point about winter, I guess not everyone in the country still has highs in the 70s. :rolleyes:

    The car has cats but actually FL did away with smog testing. The state gov did a study and determined that with the large # of newer vehicles and dwindling older vehicles that the program was not cost effective. Laws are still in place but not tested for.

    There is a blackish and a purpleish wire that go to this A/C clutch activation switch. Can someone tell me which side goes to which? Is there a fuse involved anywhere? Thanks.

    yep, it turns freely now. I've turned the engine many times and run a magnet and wire through the spark plug holes at TDC and I can't find anything but I'm sure something was keeping it from turning earlier. Is there any chance that a sticky valve could have been the culprit? The agonizing...

    Why does my car go "KRUNK" when I steer?

    well, I finally got to it..the air bleeding did help reduce the krunking, but it still goes krunk. Basically it only makes the noise about once per turn of the wheel now instead of 2-4 times, so improved but not all better.
