Many car have those daytime running lights that are postioned to look like fog lights. Suck for them if it's illegal since you often can't shut them off. I just use my fogs in the evening instead of the headlights. When it gets dark though I shut them off and just use headlights.

I think he meant Challenger not Charger. People that know nothing about cars often get those two mixed up. Regardless of which is faster its nothing a ProCharger can't resolve.
