I know that we can pressurize our engines prior to starting and that is what I need to do. Does anyone have a spare distributor shaft and instructions on how to do it? The engine has been sitting a while. Thanks

I recently purchased a car out of state from New York and the car is a 1970 and the previous owner is telling me that prior to 1972 no vehicle in New York has a regular title as the registration is the title. Is this person full of it or is this true, I really need a quick response please!!

It was painted with Du Pont 99K and then blocked. It was then sprayed with 2 gallons of clear and has not yet been wet sanded or buffed so it will be twice as shiny as now.

Sure look like some bad neighborhood....

I would price it out first and hopefully there is enough clear on it to allow you to go down with the wet sanding. It sounds like it wasn't prepped properly.

That's why i asked if this is high low or normal. Matching numbers original engine and color of car in good shape never crashed not rusted out nice interior. Can anyone tell me if this is high low or about right?
