    There is no cable on a '95, it's all electronic. These cars are prone to speedo/odometer failure due to the design of the gear setup that runs these.

    It is a piggyback EEC tuner that allows you to adjust your computer for your setup when running aftermarket parts. It also allows you to set shift points, rev limiter, etc. It has a steep learning curve so if you want something simple invest in a chip instead of wasting time with one of those.
