As I was driving home yesterday I saw a GT with its lights on. However, instead of the outside two lights being the normal running lights it was the inside two lights that were on. I think that it looked much better with the inside headlights turned on and the outside lights off and left...

Good to know, but like I said, my GT is only 1 month old and I'm sure that I'm gonna pick up a few more rocks or scratches so I'm gonna wait until re-do the whole hood until something unbearable happens. For now I'm just trying to mitigate the damage that is already done.

I just got back from my first road trip in my new GT and while I was washing it I found a small but VERY deep chip in the paint on my hood. I must have caught a rock on the freeway or something. Its about a 1/4 inch long and 1/8wide and it goes through the clear coat, paint, and basecoat down...

My GT just ticked over 500 miles and I remember someone saying that you should change your oil after the first 500 miles during break-in. Is this true? If so, why? If it is, should I stick to conventional oil or switch to synthetic? I realize that synthetic may provide too much...

Yeah, I agree. I also think that the hydro-clutch has about 1/4 of the "feel" of a regular mechanical clutch. Sometimes I have to look at the tach to see what RPM I'm at when starting from a stop (I'm not used to such a quiet exhaust, I can't drive this car by ear). I have never had to do that...
