id say too many variables to answer, ive seen a S/D notch 5-speed run 13's and ive seen a convertible aod SN95 run 16's YO! BTW: you're not gonna be too popular around here with that name.

150 shot will be fine, i used to run a 175 shot (mine was nitrous works throttle body plate)on a stock motor(bolt ons) and stock fuel system with no problems. just back off the timing 1 degree for every 50hp and get some colder plugs and use less gap with them.

I was wondering the same thing myself, ive seen people pick up 20-30hp just by tuning with a SAFC on a dyno, for some reason i dont see domestic guys using them and i dont understand why, do they not work with domestic ECU's ??? they should work with S/D and M/A since they have a setting for both.
