Anyone know when they are going to make an appearance on Canadian soil? Must test drive before I order. Last I heard was late November, hopefully it will arrive a little sooner. What has everyone else heard?
February would be just plain ridiculous. But why the wait? When did the start showing up on lots in the states?
I got a letter from a dealership a few months ago inviting me to take a test drive and check out the new '05. In that letter it said they were expecting them end of September. That came and went and I called them in October, they said they should have them by the end of October. That came and went. Called them again...now they said they were 'hoping' to have a few stangs in for mid November. Now that is almost here and I haven't seen any. I wonder if they will show up this month or not.
All right! I can confirm that as of Tuesday, Terrebonne Ford (450.968.9000)has 2 Mustang. A V6 and a black GT. And Papin Ford (in Repentigny, 450.654.3322) has 1 black GT. Philippe
Steele Ford Lincoln in Halifax siad 3rd week of November. What a crappy time to ship a car like this to Canada. Victoria and Vancouver might be OK but if you get snow, why would you buy one now? It'll depreciate and you'll pay interest on the financing while it sits in your garage. When the Dealer told me he'd call when they got it I told him not to bother, he can call me when the snow melts.
Midtown ford in winnipeg manitoba has 2 GTs now, one mineral grey and a black one. Both are fully loaded but do not have the my color dash option.
Is it snowing in Laval? Sure is downtown. I think it'll look neat, a nice new 05 in snow. Plus should give our southern friend added appreciation for their climate. 300hp + snow = not a good mix.
