I'm trying to find out if anyone knows if its ok for me to drive my car with the mods I just completed without a new tune? I just added ford nsr cams and a could air intake. will I hurt the engine to drive until I get it on a dyno with a tuner. I currently do not have any tuner on it. Thanks for any help with this.

You really need a tune to get the most out of the cams and intake. You will probably get a lean code without a tune and eventually burn a valve due to running a lean air/fuel mix.

Yes, completely. Any time you increase the size of the MAF sensor housing it'll need to be re-tuned, among other mods, otherwise you're going to run leaner. I wouldn't take a chance with a $30,000 car over a $400 mod.

yes, it does need a tune. whether you buy a tuner and do it yourself or have someone else tune it for you, you really need it tuned for it.
