i went to island dragway this past weekend to see what the cobra could do. i got absolutley no traction and fought wheel hop (as usual!)the best outta 2 runs was a 12.7 but my mph was 113. if i do get traction and make a good pass, can i get it in the 11's thanks!
Our two Cobras would look like twins going down the track. I got no traction. I had to back my foot off the gas in 2nd, then get back on it, I squealed tires into 3rd and 4th gear!! I ran a 12.74@114MPH. I had more MPH than guys running 11.90's-12.30's. Our cars would get into the 11's with good traction and good 60ft times. I need slicks or something. Good luck man!!
SVT32DOHC:: lol, that would look awesomw though, us two smokin tires half way down the strip!! Yeah i need to get some drag radials. will 18x10's fit on my rear without spacers?? if so do they make a 315 DR in 18" rim? im also thinking about swapping to solid axle and slicks. i think 11.90's could be reached, 11.60's sounds a bit too much.
