1976 Mustang 11 coupe

    I just acquired a 76 Mustang 11 with 56,000 orig. miles. A lady passed away that bought it bran new back then. I gave her $1,000 for it. It has a little fender damage, otherwise it is in great shape. It is a 4 cylinder MPG car.

    I am confused about the paint color. I did a data plate decoder on my door plate and VIN and the color comes up "Creme." I looked in my 2 Mustang books I have and "Creme is not mentioned in either book as a color. Does anyone know or hear about the Creme Ford color for 76?

    Thanks for the links guys! There sure were a lot of color combinations for the 2nd generation Stangs, with the vinyl tops and all.
