So if I get the throttle body manifold, top hat with pype...what more do I need. This would cost $200 The guy also said that there is a little play with the pulley. Is this worth $200. and what other parts do I need? Thanks guys!

bigger fuel pump, bigger injectors, tune of course, intercooler, misc different small parts as tubing and wiring, don't remember it all right now. No, but you can make the Superchager of the 03/04 Cobra fit.

You need to make a custum lower intake plenium. That's the biggest issue to fix. And of course you will need to get a taller hood or you got to cut it Here is a picture for you I know it's not a +99' but you get the idea.
Oh yeah, it's a torque monster (the blower) you can easily get the same tq as the 03/04 Cobra with one.
