Ok, i bought this v6 gold mustang from this dude in new hampshire but as all of u kno the regular v6 mustangs have single exaust but he installed a dual. but it is rusted and recently ive noticed a very bad exaust leak on one side. ive been looking into dual exausts but since i already have dual exaust is it possible i can just buy the kit (without headers) that say 4.6 dual exaust...will it fit mine? im really not sure what the measurments are between a 3.8 custom dual exaust and a 4.6....please help, thanks

    Where is the exhaust leak?

Most of the V6 cat-back dual kits start at the bottom of the Y-pipe (that collects both cylinder banks into one and has two cats on it). If that's where the leak is, I suggest getting a catted X-pipe (like here http://rpmoutlet.com/musv6ngauge.htm) and getting a take-off GT exhaust. That will give you everything you need for a free-flowing dual exhaust kit that will still pass emissions.
