    The 99-00 with the Windsor block have 9:1 compression. The Romeo motors have 9.45:1. that .45 worth of compression doenst really do too much. The 02 and 03s I think MAY dyno a little higher than their earlier counter parts.

    There should be a sticker on the cam cover stating where the motor was built. Mine plainly says "Windsor ON" engine plant.
