A friend of mine just test drove an 05 V6 from a local dealership here (Sheehy Ford of Gaithesburg). He has an an azura blue mach 1, but wanted to see what the 05 was all about. I saw the pics on his phone and I'm gonna try to get him to send it to me. Anyways, he told me he was very surprised with the new v6. Even though it was an auto, he said the car has get-up and go power. Said that in comparison to my 01, my car feels like a go-kart. He thought it's be neck and neck with a 96-98 GT. I was blown away by the interior of the car man...so damn nice. I'm gonna go there on tuesday to check this sucker out, and I'll be bringing my camera with me
Yep, I drove a V-6, and they do have a lot of power compared to the old V-6 car or a mid 90s GT. I couldn't believe how quick it was.
Yep, some how they managed to mass produce an automatic transmission that doesn't suck 50% of the power. lol
