hey 351WCoupe, I live in northern madison and go to a docter's office over in lurray. about a mile south of lurray i saw a GT-40 at a house on the right side of the road. i saw it there on another trip and was wondering if you know anything about it?
LOL you should have heard what came out of my mouth when I found it. The only one that I know of is that one(white w/ blue stripes) It belonges to a friend named travis. Its an old kit car from 15 years ago. I don't know much more than that. As your driving down 211 before that car, there is a straight flat place that is just a touch over a quarter mile. We run from the yellow sign down to the bridge almost everynight. As you go around that right hand turn look to your left at the median. You'll see a scrape mark and a 40ft gap and 3 more scrape marks in the grass. Last week somebody ran into my buddy and he hit the bank at 100mph. jumped landed and the car spun around twice at the end, but never flipped over. Anyway next time you head this way let me know. What doctors office do you go to?
yeah that's the one. white with blue stripes, right off 211 i go to the nurse practiners(or something like that) office, just below page memorial hospital, one of the nusrse practinioners is a friend of the famliy

Same doctor as me. Unfortunately I'm there and Page Memorial alot. I'm assuming you get off 211 and take 340 into town to the light at the church. Take a right at the light, go down main street and turn left onto the hospital road??? Instead of turning right, take a left at that light, go up to the train track but not across. Turn left just before the tracks and then the next right. I'm building 7. lol It would be pretty easy to tell though. there's a red Turbocoupe sitting outside and the green coupe is sitting in front of the door now. The 3.8 SC cougar sits around back. Next time you head this way, let me know and be sure to stop by the shop.
we normally just go staight on 211 until the intersection of lurray caverns and that church. we'll take a left there and another left at the end of that side road. that eay we don't have to into town too much. but we've gone the other way too. yeah, i'll have to swing by and see your cars
The only thing I'm taking right this moment is the lightning. Here's a pic. We are heading up early friday morning so I can hit the drag race and set up camp. We camp at the campgrounds that are directly behind the fairgrounds its run by a local Fire company. When are you going and are you going to stay overnight? Here's a pic of the truck.
We'll likely head up there early friday morning, get there at noon or so. Then there's a hotel we stay at about 30 mins from the fairgrounds. I know we'll be there friday and sat., but I don't know if we'll leave Saturday night or Sunday afternoon.
You might as well stay for sunday. They will raffle off a car and other good stuff. Hotel room huh?? sounds like a party to me.
