460 tweeter removal

    I'm installing new front door speakers on an '01 gt and i'm having some trouble getting the 460 tweeters removed to get the door panel off. I heard the grill on the tweeter needs to be taken off first to get at a wiring screw. Its not been easy so far....i don't want to damage the grill. Any pointers out there??
