Too easy! First thought is to recommend the T-5. However, once you have the tranny out it takes about 2 minutes to replace the seal. I have done an in and out seal change in about 1 1/2 hours. Bruce
I'm under the impression the T5 does not require a different driveshaft. You will have to find and install the pedals if you go that route though.
Only the 5.0 guys can get away with keeping the same driveshaft when swapping from a slushbox to a manual tranny. Even the front yoke is different between the A4LD and the rest of the bunch.
