65mm throttle body=mods on 01 cobra???

    i was given a bbk 65mm throttle body do i need to do any mods or is this a direct connect???:hail2:

    Just leave your TB alone man, that mod is worthless especially if it is your only one.

    its not my only mod and it was given to me ......

    i agree not worth much or any power but i also installed one a while back its pretty much a direct fit unless you wanna match the ports on the intake with the larger holes for the new throttle body the holes on the manifold are the same size as the 55mm holes on the stock throttle body i personally enlarged the holes to match the new throttle body

    by the way, kilgore trout did you read the thread? where in it does it say its used???and let me get this straight your advice is dont put the free part on thanx for the no help....

    I assumed it was used since you were wondering about fitment. If you were buying a new one the vendor would sell you the correct one for your car.

    I still say do not install it but you will of course do what you think is best with your car.

    once again in the initial thread i said it was given to me....which is why i had no info and second why wouldnt i put a free part on.....welcome for what...
