Ya know buddy, there is a big difference between us, and that is that you know the trade secrets and possess the skill to fix that, and I do not. I will be interested in watching you work your magic, and have no doubt you will get it right.
Maybe i can post a "how to do it" in the fox body paint 101 thread too.

I was thinking about painting over the moulding areas with a satin clear coat. They will still be kona blue, just with a satin finish.

Maybe cool?:shrug: My latest gee whiz thought.

If your car was black, and you were able to put new OEM trim on it (satin finish), that would be one thing. But do NOT ruin you perfect Kona paint doing that!

Ok, shiny blue mouldings it is.

Here's a couple pictures of the tear repair on the left side of the bumper. I need to finish it out with a little polyflex on monday.
