I am planning on ditching the 87 vert, I have found a decent 93 that needs some work, will these parts swap over? -Fenders (I hear the 93 ones are a little wider?) -Front Bumper -Hood -A/C controls -Steering wheel -gauges -brakes I think thats all, or atleast all I can think of right now.... cool, I just wanted to double check, since I didnt have 91-93 stang I never paid too much attention to the posts on them. I didnt want to get stuck needing parts. Also.. This 93 has an sirbag right? I dont think the 87 steering wheel does though. Is there anything wrong with swapping them? Thanks...
Yeah, '93 has an airbag. I've heard some things here and there that you can get in trouble for not having an airbag in a car that didn't originally have it, but I can't confirm that. However I think the cars with airbags also had different steering columns, so I don't exactly know if the steering wheel switches directly over or not. As for the gauges, I wouldn't think the tach would work the same between an '87 and a '93 since the '93 has DIS ignition...
