91 mustang 4 cylinder automatic rearend gears?

    any body know what common gears came in a 91 mustang? did they all come with 2.73,s 3.08, 3.55, 3.73 etc? thanks

    I'm positive you've got 3.73's and I believe the overall breakdown is as follows:

    '87-'93
    5.0 with manual - 2.73's
    5.0 with automatic - 3.08's
    2.3 with manual - 3.45's
    2.3 with automatic - 3.73's

    I would agree with 3.73s in a 2.3NA Mustang. However, I think 3.08s were optional for the 5.0/T5 and 3.27s were optional for the 5.0/AOD Mustangs.
