Replaced the temp sensor and rewired the fan (was rigged when I got it to run off the Wiper motor hot lead), but fan fails to come on. I know it works because I tested it. So where is the fan switch on these things?

The fan relay is part of the CCRM or IRCM, the constant control or integrated relay module. Different names for different years. On the 93, I think it is the small black box on the pass fender. It also controls when the fan comes on for the ac. I think the 93 has the fuel pump relay in the same module, not super sure.

There are 3 temp sensors on my 89, and I would think the 93 has at least a couple. There is one for the gage, one for the computer and lastly, a separate one for the fan controller. Make sure you changed the right one.

On my 89, the control module is under the dash, to the left of the steering column. That style is famous for overheating the wiring connections, until the connector melts. Then the wires don't make contact and the fan does not run. Ford, and Carquest make a connector/harness repair kit. I melted two of them, and finally just put a pair of 30 amp relays in parallel to run the fan. The module just turns them on and off.
