96 mustang GT custom sub box???????

k everyone...i have a 96 mustang gt and i need to know if it is possible to fit 2 12" subs in the trunk? OR wat type of subs would i be able to fit and wat would you recommend??? looking for all types of suggestions, thanks

I went with 1 - 10 inch MTX sub in a MTX Thunderform box in my trunk of my 96 Coupe. It was more than enough bass for me and I didn't have to sacrifice trunk space or access to my spare tire.

You can EASILY fit 2x12" in a '96. I used 4x10's in my '02 for a long time, and 4x12 would have been easily done in the same configuration. If you really want a pair of good 12's for the money, look at Dayton Titanics, Elemental Kv2's, Acoustic Elegance AV12's, or Ascendant Audio Assassin. Those are the best bang for the money I can think of right now. All of them have the ability to get VERY loud, and still maintain musicality. If you want just an obnoxious fart machine, then we'll reconsider the choices.
