What are the biggest differences between the internals of these motors, and are they interchangeable? I'm pretty sure they are, but a friend of mine is curious, and I can't find any resources to confirm this.

    Thanks.

99/01 = aluminum block, non forged internals, worse flowing heads

03 = iron block, forged internals, better flowing heads

i think thats the gist of it. someone correct me if i am wrong.
