    My question is should i go with bigger fuel injectors and what are the pros and cons?

    Unless you install a power adder, you are getting all the fuel you need.

    Don't worry about the larger injectors until you add the Supercharger on the list. How greedy you get with the boost and your predicted power levels will determine how large you need to go. I wouldn't reccomend anyting smaller than 42lb/hr units though. They're cheap and will bring you well into the 500hp range, which is more than your stock bottom end will handle.
