    Hello, I'm a proud owner of a 2.3 mustang, not so proud of the transmission though. I am looking to swap out the A4LD to a 5-speed and I need to know ALL of the parts required in order to do so. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Not to be a dick, but try a search first, I know it's been discussed here before (and probably has been discussed in detail a thousand times on the 5.0 forum).

    If you still can't find the answers you need, post back up.
