Alarm too sensitive...

    Rain and other random occourances cause my alarm to go off. Is there a way for me to de-sesnsitize it myself or do I need to have the dealer adjust it again?

    You are obviously not talking about the factory Active Anti-Theft since it doesn't have a shock sensor on it. It uses motion sensors to guard the interior and a jack angle sensor to warn you if the car is being towed.
