I wouldnt have ordered pushrods until after the engine was assembled and then checked for proper pushrod length with and adjustable pushrod checker. You never buy pushrods with out measuring them, cause every engine is different and you dont know if those heads have been milled or anything.
i would rather get an alum. radiator rather than the driveshaft. you can always do the driveshaft later in a couple minutes. with all those higher performance parts your getting, the engine is going to run hotter and you'll need the added cooling capacity.
+2 on the aluminum radiator, summit sells a nice universal one that fits the 87 93 cars pretty nicely, and its a good price too. I have one for my 87 and it looks great. I think its a 31x19, just make sure you get the inlet/outlets in the correct spot.
You do kind of know me, Im Melissa M. boyfriend, have been for almost 4 years now. I stay at her house now, but im from morrisville pa.
my friend chris is telling me after pulling his dead weight k member that i should consider getting a tube'd one.... is there any cheap ones that you dont need coilovers for... posibly pa racing???? or something.... i mean the engine will be out... so might as well right???
ive heard that tubular K's arent the best idea if its a DD, if you get into an accident it could be bad
The h/c/i link in my signature gives a checklist for a h/c/i swap. That is pretty much what you are doing, so it might be helpful in the little details
