hey guys and the few girls if there are any in this section.

so me and my buddy never had a alternator/ power steering pump on the car. where not going to use power steering so heres my question. stinger told me i need to find a alternator bracket from a pinto or a ranger to mount it low and out of the way. the only problem the bracket is so hard to find. heck its harder to find the a bubble hatch for a capri thats not rusted. so does any one know where we can buy this bracket?

trying to mount it like this left or right side of the motor.

That looks like a fabricated bracket to me... Actually, that wouldn't be too hard to build, really.

i should of noted i was having trouble finding a pic of the 2.3 bracket.

i can make the bracket no problem and make it look much better then the one posted. my whole problem is making sure that it in line with all the pulleys. i know i could slot the mounting holes(the ones to the block). but do you guys have any tips to make sure its inline?

on my rx7 i didnt realize i had a messed up bracket long sotry short. my pulley got torn off the alternator and i was 100 miles away from home. mind you my 12a rotary relined at 9 k and normally shifted around 8.5.
