I don't know why it peeves me about flippers. I am a car enthusiast and when I get deals and change my mind I will just sell for what I put into it which is still good on my part because most of the time we all know that modding never appreciates the car. Most of the time i lose thousands selling the car but at least I know it goes to an enthusiast. I usually track those things. Now I find this guy.... http://losangeles.craigslist.org/lgb/car/502483211.html he paid $4500 for it. yeah super killer price. Why do i know? cause he beat me to it. Also the original owner told me he ended up selling it to guy in the same city he lived in which is long beach. I should have been a detective. lol
I don't have a problem with guys flipping cars, it's pays to be the guy that researches ads. With that said, the paint looks to be a mess, so $9500 might be a bit high.
This is not unlike that guy a couple of weeks ago that purchased the local SSC that was on Craig's List for $8K & attempted to flip it a day later for $16K. Anyone who would consider purchasing this '88 for anywhere near $9.5K is a fool.
I should have added "What else can you buy for $20k that will hold its value and still put a huge grin on your face........and still allow you to survive a hit from a soccer mom on a cellphone in a SUV
