Hi guys, first post here! :)

So, my name's Dale, I work at the Nürburgring and I'm hoping to take possession of a Grabber-blue track-packed GT sometime early next year. I found the forum through some googling.

I wondered if anybody had any experience of making the 2010 legal for the ever-officious TüV man?

I've seen a few for sale in the free ads here (heavily marked-up on price, naturally) but the dealers are staying tight-lipped on just how they've got their cars on German plates. As I'll be buying mine through an American friend, I'm DIY'ing the whole thing.

    Does anybody know about:

    1) Fitting a rear fog into the standard cluster? Or do you have to gouge out the rear bumper? :(

    2) LED sequential indicators... amber is the colour over here. I've heard that some stuff like this can be simply 'exempted' from a test - anybody know about that?

    3) Amber running lights in the front. I know these aren't allowed to be lit until you signal a turn. Is there a quick fix to turn them off 'til you hit the turn stalk?

    4) Parking lights. I need them too.

Thanks for your help. If I get this thing sorted, I'll have some videos of my 'stang kicking ass on the 'ring next year...

    Cheers! :nice:
