Fox body Saleens are showing up less and less on Ebay these days. Heck, even on Mark's site, they are not lasting very long. :nice:

Yes, and it is quite distressing for those that are somewhat actively looking for a nice, unmodified one. I think that I've almost got the wife convinced that it would be a decent investment, so maybe someday soon I'll get the goahead to pull the trigger on the Right Car. Maybe.

By the way, what is "Mark's site"?

A lot has to do with the time of year. Now is not the time to try selling them. Wait till the spring and you'll see it pick up again.

Good pt. A twin of your 93 is on Mark's site right now, then noticed your selling your '93 too.

These things always go in cycles of feast or famine (so to speak).

When I was searching for a SN95 Saleen two years ago there were weeks when several were available & some weeks when there was nothing on the market. The time of year does have some impact on the availability of vehicles for sale, particularly specialty models like a Saleen. All those dealership myths about sales of convertibles peaking in the spring/summer do have some validity.

However, as the years progress the availability of quality Fox body Saleens are naturally going to diminish since they were very limited production to begin with. Subtract those that have been abused, neglected or otherwise wrecked & you have an even more limited pool of specimens.

If the one on Mark's site sells, that will mean that all 5 Calypso cars will have gone to new owners this year.

93-16 will be on it's way to the new owner any time now.

Guess it's time to change my sig to show 90-33.

Let's all hope in 10 to 20 years our Saleens will be what the Shelbys of the late 60s are worth.:nice:
