Anyone else going To the Fall Rod Run

    I just wanted to check to see who else might be going to the Fall Rod Run in Pigeon Forge Sept 16th, and 17th?
    If anyone else is going up I would like to meet up!

    Normally we take my 97 Cobra but my hubby is redoing a 69 C-10 Truck, it is nice so we are taking it up there instead. My dad is also bringing his 33 Buick Coupe that he bought up there last year..

    If you have never been it is something to go to. We are from Alabama and it is worth the drive. You will see over 6,000 cars from all over and any make and model you can think of..

    I should be there. Not sure Im gona stay a day and night or not. I'm leaving from my folks place in NC about 45 minutes away. They are bringing their 67RS and 34Ford Coupe.

    I may decide to stay the night if things are wild there.

    We are staying at the River Lodge South..

    We are going up on a Wednesday so my husband's Truck should be parked up front. It is a Black 69 C-10 Truck and on the back window it has under construction. My dad's 33 Buick Coupe Red will be parked next to it.. Stop by...

    We normally have a bass tournament during the Spring Rod Run, but next we are having the tournament changed to another time so we can go to the spring one too.

    I know that the Rod Run is not getting here fast enough.. I'm so ready to go... You will know it it us, On the truck tag it says 1NSTY69 and on my dad's car tag it is 1 HOT 33.

    Gonna cost a fortune to go right now with the gas prices going up like they are. :mad:

    Maybe I can take a whole week off and ride my bike (Gas gouging), pack my tent and sleeping bag (Accommodation gouging) and take pictures of my GT 'Vert up there! :bang:

    Why you think I was gonna be riding with Tom..LMAO
    But some things have come up, on Tom's side..and now it's looking like we won't make it.
    BUT..I'll be at the MustangsUnlimited cruise-in Sept 25th with the new toy...87 GT T-Tops. Myabe we can hook up there.     :cheers:
